There is a community health awareness and education program organised by Kuching Specialist Hospital. It is a special program to help you and your hubby to be more confident and ready to welcome your little one when it's time.

04:15 PM Lucky Draw & Hands-on session on Baby care Basics

Notice the dates of the class are 16th September and 16th December. Choose any of the date that you are convenient to attend the class and of course before your EDD (Expected Delivery Date). The speaker is Dr. Philip Kho, the gynae of the Kuching Specialist Hospital.

I would say this program benefits those expecting mothers, especially for non-experience mothers. Experience mothers are welcomed to join and take it as your 'revision' class. Hehe. It is FREE admission and you are welcomed to bring your hubby along.
