pineapple goodies

I made some pineapple tarts for chinese new year 2007.

It was my very first time baking pineapple tarts. It's bit tough to me at the beginning especially in moulding the tart. It took me quite long time to mould ONE nice piece. Oh Gosh! At first I though I will be able to bake few pineapple tarts this year but slowly, I able to pick up the 'skills' to mould tart quickly. :-) So, I baked some for my mother and brothers too!

It takes alot of time and effort to make these pineapple tarts and it is nice to *NGAP* (eat) at one go! Can be finished quite soon. *sweating~

now, I can enjoy as much pineapple tarts I want. :D

What a mummy am I! I missed my Ryan's monthly check up appointment. The appointment was to be yesterday but I keep telling people baby Ryan is going to have his injection today. Aiyoyo! shame me .

So this morning, I went to the clinic and changed the appointment to next week.

Ryan.. I saved you from the injection yesterday. wuahaha!

a new toy for me

bappy get me a new toy yesterday- Avent ISIS manual pump for me. :) Thanks bappy. It's a BIG-BIG encouragement from you and I love it very much. Muaks to pump! hahaha...

sigh... I miss my little super pump now.. - baby Ryan.. what are you doing now? sleeping? or 'swimming'?

i wanna cry... i wanna happy cry

Yes.. I want to cry... a happy cry.. I never thought I could go so far for breastfeeding my baby.. oh no no... I should say.. I never thought I can success in total breastfeed my baby! :~) Before this, I'm very proud and 'salute' to those breastfeed mummies because breastfeed a baby to me is a very challenging task. :P

This is my another big success in my life other than giving birth naturally to my two children and marrying to a caring hubby! :D

Now, I'm back to work and trying my best to keep my little Ryan to have breastmilk while I'm away. Shhh... tell you my secret.. I'm expressing my milk into a bottle in office..... oh.. now it's no more a secret after telling you.. :) Eh eh... of course I do it in a locked room lar.. duh~! I start to keep 'stock' (breastmilk) weeks ago before I back to work.. let me show u my stock some other day.. wakakaka! Interesting though.

Let's pray that I can keep it up. *pray*pray* I can! I can!
