"她打我"... (she hits me) but in fact, his sister didn't hit him most of the time.

I think he is trying to tell me he is being bullied by his sister first before I scold him, so the sister also get scolded together with him... But, I will know how true is his statement by analysing his tone when he complaining "她打我"...
